Karen Barski, RN, BSN & Chelsea Vail, MA, CCLS, two dynamite mompreneurs teamed up to pioneer the way hospitalized neonates and infants are cared for. They keep the mother/baby relationship at the center of their focus and all products are designed with optimal child development in mind.

Chelsea Vail is a Certified Child Life Specialist, Newborn Care Specialist and Family Therapist specializing in providing education and support to new moms. Chelsea has provided developmental care to infants and children in NICU, PICU, Hem/Onc, and Gastro since 2006 and is passionate about providing supports to patients and families.

Karen is an RN, BSN, Infant Care Specialist living in Milton GA with her husband and 5 children. She worked as an RN for over 23 years in multiple fields. In 2007, Karen invented the Woombie™ baby swaddle, now recognized worldwide as the "smartest swaddle" in market with over 20 awards for design and innovation.  Karen is very passionate about helping others and has made it her life mission to ensure that infants and families sleep safer and sounder with her innovative line of swaddles and is known as THE Swaddle GURU!
